| According to the website (rosenthalusa.com) this very rare hallmark was used sometime between 1891-1909. In 1907 the company started putting the line under the name, "Rosenthal". The mark on the back of this piece is "R.C." "Rosenthal" THIS IS SIGNED BY THE ARTIST! It is hard to make out w/ my magnifier. But looks like KRONACH? The condition of the hand painted porcelain pendant w/ gold outline (which is probably gold plate) is excellent! With a few minor wear marks to the back (pictured) that I think can be cleaned/removed. No scratches or cracks of anykind!! This is a stunning piece and will make a lovely addition to any vintage antique jewelry collection! The colors include burgundy, Grey, pink and gold painted flowers on white with a thick gold outline. This item measures: 2.5" height and 2" width! |
